There are few adults that walk this earth with a heart this innocent. Mia was one of them. Such a beautiful, caring, and kind soul. Loved by all who came in contact with her. I see her intelligence, kindness, love, everyday in the eyes of our children. We miss her dearly.
Our Beloved Mia,...... a caring mother, a loving wife, a dedicated sister, a trusted friend, a valued colleague, and a woman of great faith was loved and respected by not only her family and friends but by her patients at Smiles by Dr. C. and her children’s friends, & their parents as well as her Parish community of faith.
Our lives forever changed in the early morning of Wednesday, January 13, 2016, when Mia was found by her husband, Andrew in full cardiac arrest. No prior medical history and completely healthy, doctors and other medical staff had no answers to questions that could have led her to her arrest. We are all so heartbroken over this for she was much too young and in perfect health otherwise. Our faith teaches us that we must trust and lean on each other for support. We believe that there is a place set aside for all of us who love the Lord and are faithful to Him.
She has left behind a devoted husband, Andrew, an incredible son Brandon (17, senior at Servite), and a beautiful daughter Alyssa (15, sophomore at Rosary), along with her mother Myrna, and siblings, Vivian, Reya, and Rey-Jun. We want to thank our family, friends, parents of St. Francis of Assisi, Servite, Rosary, and the Parish of St. Martins for your tremendous amount of support that you have already provided the Jones family during this difficult time. This has been overwhelming for us all & your kind gestures have brought tears to our eyes, & comfort to our hearts.
Earth has no sorrow that heaven can't heal. Thank you for helping to heal this beautiful family. May God reward you for being His Blessed hands, His voice of comfort & His sacred Heart of Love.
Loving wife, mom, daughter, and friend to so many
I mentioned this was for family only but I meant it for all our family.
I love you sweetheart,
I love you mom,
I love you mommy!
I am thankful to God for giving me the Life that is full of blessings...my children, Brandon and Alyssa, who give me reasons to work hard and live a long, healthy life; my Mom, Myrna and Dad (watching over us from heaven); my sisters, Vivian, Reya, and bro Rey; my aunts, uncles, cousins, and their families, who travel far and wide to sit in my chair; my practice and my girls; my friends who paint my world color; and to my partner, Drew, who gives me the love and strength to navigate this journey called Life!
Happy birthday to my little lady! Love, love, love, and happiness always!
Happy 15th Alyssa! We love you very much!
Happy Father's Day! Brandon and Alyssa are very lucky to have you.
Happy Anniversary to my dear husband! Time sure flies when you're having fun!
I love you!
Thank you everyone for all your birthday wishes!
I measure my age not in the number of
years since I've been born, but in the amount
of friends that I've made, in the lives
I've touched, in the accomplishments I've attained,
in the things and places I've seen and been
and in the love of my family surrounding me,...
so I feel truly blessed all these years.
Thank you!
And thank you to Him that makes it all possible
happy birthday to the best mom in the world!! i love u so much mom but u already knew that
( ; have a good day mommy!!
Congratulations to Brandon to a job well done!
So proud of you!
JOB-The Now Testament.
Congrats to all the talented parishioners
of SMdP who were a part of it, especially John Shyne, Ethan, Erica, and of course my Son.
Thank you Servite for being a part of our lives...
not just Brandon's but our whole family.
Once a Friar, always a Friar! Credo!
God has called Mia to his side, where she can walk amongst the other Angels, talk freely with out Father and smile and laugh without the physical restrictions that she has known for the last 5 weeks. Although the family must learn to walk without her, she is really there, holding them up and making their walk here on earth possible.
A wife's touch and a mother's love NEVER leaves us when when her physical being is no longer here. May you "live" in peace and in the heavens above and may God be the strength that the Drew Jones family needs. God bless you Andrew, Brandon and Alyssa.
